Privacy Policy
24Man INT BV attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. In this Privacy Policy we want to provide clear and transparent information about how we handle personal data.
We do everything we can to guarantee your privacy and therefore handle personal data with care. 24Man INT BV complies in all cases with the applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation. This means that we in any case:
- Process your personal data in accordance with the purpose for which it was provided, these purposes and type of personal data are described in this Privacy Policy;
- Processing of your personal data is limited to only those data that are minimally necessary for the purposes for which they are processed;
- Ask for your explicit consent if we need it for the processing of your personal data;
- Have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your personal data;
- Do not pass on personal data to other parties, unless this is necessary for the implementation of the purposes for which they were provided;
- To be aware of your rights regarding your personal data, to point this out to you and to respect them.
As an Organization, we are responsible for the processing of your personal data. If, after reading our Privacy Policy, or in a more general sense, you have any questions about this or wish to contact us, you can do so via the contact details at the bottom of this document.
Processing of personal data of Customers.
Personal data of customers is processed by 24Man INT BV for the following purpose(s):
- Administrative purpose;
- Communication about the assignment and/or invitations;
- Executing or issuing an order.
The basis for this personal data is:
- The agreed assignment;
Process order
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to process it properly. We may then provide your personal data to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company.
For this we use your payment details, date of birth, name and address details, gender, IP address, e-mail address, telephone number and billing address. We are legally obliged to do this. We keep this information for six months after your order has been completed and seven years thereafter (this is the legal retention obligation).
Provision to third parties
We may provide the information you provide to us to third parties if this is necessary for the implementation of the purposes described above.
We use a third party for:
- Taking care of the internet environment of the GDPR program;
- Taking care of the (financial) administration;
- Providing newsletters and invitations.
- Handling the payments.
- Processing orders.
- Handling customer contact for the purpose of service provision.
- Providing tailor-made advertisements.
We never pass on personal data to other parties with whom we have not concluded a processing agreement. We naturally make the necessary agreements with these parties (processors) to ensure the security of your personal data. Furthermore, we will not provide the information you provide to other parties, unless this is legally required and permitted. An example of this is that the police requests (personal) data from us in the context of an investigation. In such a case, we must cooperate and are therefore obliged to provide this information. We may also share personal data with third parties if you give us written permission to do so.
Cookies
24Man INT BV uses or can use cookies to optimize the functionality of certain pages of the website. Cookies are small text files that are placed on the visitor's computer by a page of the website. Such a cookie stores information such as certain preferences of the visitor. This allows 24Man INT BV to serve the visitor even better on their next visit.
The visitor can decide for himself how to handle cookies. He can set his browser so that it allows, does not allow or partially allows the use of cookies. In the latter case, you can set which websites are allowed to place cookies. It will then be prohibited on all other websites. This option is provided by the most common modern browsers.
Cookies can always be deleted from a computer, again via the browser.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to track how visitors use our online store. We have concluded a processing agreement with Google. This contains strict agreements about what they are allowed to keep. We have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services. We let Google anonymize the IP addresses.
Disclaimer
24Man INT BV is entitled to change the content of the Privacy Statement without informing the visitor. Implementing the change on the website is sufficient for this.
Within the EU
We do not provide personal data to parties located outside the EU.
Minors
We only process personal data of minors (persons under the age of 16) if written permission has been given by the parent, guardian or legal representative.
Retention period
24Man INT BV does not store personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or is required by law.
Security
We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unlawful processing, for example we have taken the following measures;
- All persons who can access your data on behalf of 24Man INT BV are obliged to maintain confidentiality.
- We apply a username and password policy on all our systems;
- We pseudonymize and ensure the encryption of personal data if there is reason to do so;
- We make back -ups of personal data in order to recover them in the event of physical or technical incidents;
- We regularly test and evaluate our measures;
- Our employees are informed about the importance of protecting personal data .
Rights regarding your data
You have the right to inspect, rectify or delete the personal data we have received from you. You can also object to the processing of your personal data (or part thereof) by us or by one of our processors. You also have the right to have us transfer the data you provide to yourself or directly to another party on your behalf. We may ask you to identify yourself before we can respond to the aforementioned requests.
If we may process your personal data on the basis of your consent, you always have the right to withdraw this consent.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data, we ask you to contact us directly. If we cannot reach an agreement with you, we will of course find this very annoying. You always have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, which is the supervisory authority in the field of privacy protection.
