Ordered before 23:59, delivered tomorrow.

Within Belgium with Bpost
Before 23:59 ordered, delivered tomorrow.

My account shows that my order has been shipped. Why haven't I received my order?

We strive to have your order delivered as quickly as possible. If it has been more than 3 working days since your order has the status 'Shipped' and you have not yet received the order, please contact us. If this period is shorter than 3 working days, we kindly ask you to be patient. It is possible that your package will still be delivered within this period. It is also possible that the delivery person has delivered your order to your fellow residents or to your neighbors. We therefore ask you to inquire with your neighbors or fellow residents.
