Orders may be returned within 100 days of delivery.
If you wish to return the package, please send an email to service@waterontharder.com .
When we receive your email, you will receive free return instructions from us.
You then hand in the package at one of the many UPS points

Do I have to return my order in the original packaging?

Return any product in original packaging if possible
We recommend keeping the packaging for at least 100 days after purchase.

Right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal is without stating a reason. We would of course like to hear from you so that we can improve our services and/or perhaps arrive at an even better solution.

The entrepreneur will reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the entrepreneur for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notifies him of the withdrawal.

Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he may wait with reimbursement until he has received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever is the earlier.

The the entrepreneur uses the same payment method that the consumer used for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.
